Hi, I’m Jack! I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Pennsylvania Center for Causal Inference working with Ashkan Ertefaie and Nandita Mitra. There, I develop statistical methods that support the creation of just-in-time adaptive interventions using data from mobile health experiments with many decision points. I obtained my PhD in Biostatistics from the University of Minnesota, where I was advised by David Vock and Joe Koopmeiners. There, I developed novel statistical methods to leverage information from secondary endpoints to increase the efficiency of randomized trials.
