Hi, I’m Jack! I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Pennsylvania Center for Causal Inference. I work with Ashkan Ertefaie and Nandita Mitra on just-in-time adaptive interventions and other techniques motivated by mobile health experiments with many possible decision points. I obtained my PhD in Biostatistics from the University of Minnesota, where I was advised by David Vock and Joe Koopmeiners. There, I developed novel statistical methods to leverage information from secondary endpoints to increase the efficiency of randomized trials.
